Since many of us already know that marks calculation of IGNOU is very confusing and time consuming.
Those you are new to this or do not have any idea that how IGNOU calculates the score, I am here to guide you all.
IGNOU calculates the scores on the basis of TEE exams and Assignments.
There are various credit based programs that have different credits.
The subjects that have 8 credits, the full marks of that subject is 100.
The subjects that have 4 credits, the full marks of that subject is 50.
70% of the total score of the TEE is considered and 30% of the total score of the Assignment is considered.
For example: If you score 50 out of 100 in TEE and 80 out of 100 in Assignment then your total score will be 35+24= 59.
😕😖 Confusing? Isn't it?
Please do not worry as I have prepared an IGNOU Average Marks and Percentage Calculator for you guys that can calculate the scores and percentage very easily.
How the Calculator looks like:
So this is the Calculator for you guys. Though this is prepared in a Google Sheet 😅however, trust me guys, it works fine.
About Calculator:
There are total 3 sections in the Calculator that includes Assignments, Theory and Percentage.
ASSIGNMENT: There are total 21 Columns and 2 Rows in this sections in which you need to add the Max Marks of the Assignment and the Marks that you have obtained needs to be entered in the 2nd Row.

THEORY: There are total 10 Columns of 100 marks subject and 10 columns for 50 marks subjects.Each Columns contains 2 Rows. You need to enter the score of the 100 Mark Subjects in the upper section where it is specifically mentioned as "100" and then you need to enter the exact Marks that you have got in that subject.

Please note that you need to enter the 100 marks subjects in the upper section where Max Marks is mentioned as 100 and you need to enter 50 marks subject in the lower section where Max Marks mentioned as 50 marks.
Steps to use the Calculator:
Step 1: Open the Link: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1KbchTACzwq_K1kYH98XX-IlHefjrYxo-/edit#gid=406020153 (Note: If you are unable to open the link then please copy the link and then paste it in your browser)
Step 2: If you are a Mobile Phone User then change your browser to "DESKTOP SITE" otherwise you will not be able to use the Calculator. If you are using Desktop then you can directly go to the link.
Step 3: Click on view only option highlighted below and then click on "Request Edit Access"
